They will be all well-hung
Hardcore Mac users are indeed a special breed, as shown by the dude's overt happiness to lay hands on a Powerbook. Relayed via Julian.

Don't 'ya know, null fame? A man's dock is an extension of his [no... DB's gonna kill me if I finish this sentence.]

DB needs a FAQ with the solitary question:
"what's up with the ninety gazillion web links in the Dock?"

@ Chuck..Please shut up with criticizing DB. Who the fuck cares if he has tons of links? Seriously grow up.
on a happy note this is hilarious.

Three things:
- There's nothing wrong with criticisism, and not criticizing me isn't a prerequisite for being cool with me.
- Someone having an issue with what I'm saying and voicing it gets more headspace than someone having an issue with me and using the issue as an excuse to voice it.
- I didn't take his comment as a criticism, rather someone seeing that I get asked about my dock once every few screenshots, if not more, because they haven't been around long enough to know I've explained it several times.
Basically, chill. And laugh, because it is funny. :)

I recall there was another picture like this awhile back... is it the same one updated with a new pictures on the box? (I seem to recall that one featured a damp spot, too. Ew.)

DB, could you let us know which theme you are using for OS X? It looks familiar but I can't put a name on it (especially with the sharp-angled corners).
That adium message style looks nice too.

If the pic's filename is anything to go by, that's been up for half a year now. (Many of the other image elements in that page have datestamps of "20050726" in the names, though, so who knows?)
Next time, that dude will be shopping online. Like me.

Oh. My god. I hope it is changed come Monday, as it IS cruel to this poor man.

So, what you're saying, DB, is that the guy carrying the PowerBook box is proudly displaying more than just that one package?

Yessir. The man looks like he just got a Stevejob.

BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
"Recently converted ex-PC user excited about the 'Apple experience'."
Unfortunately, I'm not an Apple user yet but if I was walking out of a store with a Powerbook, I'd probably be sporting a chub too.

I just noticed... apart from the Happy Guy... not only doesn't that page have the new Macs, it's still talking about iLife '05.
How long do you supose it'll take Apple to get around to updating it?

The poor dude. He's just trying to purchase a Powerbook!!! Man I hope thats a trick of the...apple store light or something. Otherwise I feel real sorry for him. I mean take a look at his face, the dude seems like a total champ and if apple noticed this and showed it anyway then... Grrr
