Steve versus Steve (video)
Awhile ago, Steve Jobs gave some quotes in a magazine, talking about how as companies mature, the sales guys have a habit of running them and the company starts to lose its soul. Something like that.
Those words were echoing in my brain when I had this video passed onto me yesterday, which apparently is Steve Ballmer doing what looks to be a used-car salesman pitch of an old version of Windows:
"Watch as Windows integrates Lotus123 with Miami Vice!"
If thing ever actually aired at some point, I certainly never saw it. It's just out of the park, and has to be seen to be believed, which is why I had to share.

This one is small enough that you shouldn't have to worry about doing a mirror, but I am grateful to those who did them for the others. Thanks.

Apparently this is just a spoof video they showed at some company meeting.

I just saw Robert Cringley's old "Triumph of the Nerds" show, and it had an excerpt of this video. Very funny.
And no, I don't think this poor fellow ever had any hair.
I'm worth a LOT less than a billion dollars ... but I still have all my hair.
I wouldn't have it any other way.

Slightly off-topic, but if you thought that was funny these Ballmer videos are pretty good:

Now we know what happened to his hair. It slid off.
This one is probably my favorite of the bunch. Who says white men can't jump?
