I heart Penny Arcade
Let's just assume for the moment that you aren't a fan of Penny Arcade, and hence didn't see this comic, nor this one, or even this one. I don't know why these make me burst out laughing, but they do... I love Dilbert, but the world lost something when 'The Far Side' and 'Calivin & Hobbes' went away.
If the punchlines aren't your cup of tea, it's worth checking out the Penny Arcade Remix Project, which while it's older I'm still amazed that some haven't seen it. It's such a brilliant idea.
My web comic feed count is pretty low; it's basically 'Penny Arcade', 'Strong Bad', 'Red Meat' and 'get your war on'. I get passed others from time to time that I enjoy, but for whatever reason never seem to actually add them. Feel free to boost my (and others) web comic literacy with your favorites.

You could always look at:
http://www.userfriendly.org/
for geek humour (oldest cartoon on the web, I think).

...but it's mostly if you're a gamer. A personal fav aside from
http://www.megatokyo.com/
...which draws from subtle Japan humor, which most people only really get if you've been there. But the gaming geek stuff is good too.

I definitely think you'd be entertained by Something Positive, and possibly Queen of Wands.

Red Meat rulez! I know this isn't a comic, but the onion is always a good laugh...

I usually try to read MegaTokyo, but I usually just stick to dead tree comics, Usagi Yojimbo, TMNT, Eightball, some manga, etc...
